  Soooooo super tasty!  The chicken finger bucket with sauces and sides is where we roll its large delicious and filling - always a must on a day in the CLE with kid stuff - like a Zoo trip or Kiddie Park kind of day.  Grab em hot for lunch and keep them on hand for snacking.  Sides are a but lacking in selection imo bc the crinkle cur fries get a tad soggy if not eaten right away but that could just be me too.
  
  The drive thru is slow even with no wait and they are a tad pricey and could be more pleasant - but everybody has a bad day so I get that (hence 4 instead of 5 stars) solid food choice.  
  
  Kiddie Pro Quo tip crack open a tender and cool it on the AC vent before handing to your kids - just saved you a headache and them some screaming - ur welcome .

  So this is my first time even hearing
  about Guthrie's,  the plan was Chipotle. Wasn't really feeling that so I go to this chicken spot. I have to say total elation. These girls and young men were fantastic. Alexis definitely should manage this place. She knew how to solve issues and was very knowledgeable. Did I mention she wasn't even on the clock!!!! And the young lady at the counter was magnificent. Shae is her name. Very knowledgeable and personable. Welcoming smile as well. The other young folks were great as well. I apologize for forgetting your names. Great job y'all.

  As soon as I walked into this place for lunch yesterday, my gut told me to turn around and walk out, but I stayed.
  
  The smell of frying oil hits you hard as soon as you walk in, and it stays in your clothes, kinda like the "Subway smell" does, but this smell is less pleasant.
  
  The staff just kind of looked at me - they were not friendly or welcoming.  It appeared that everyone who was working there hates their job.
  
  The chicken fingers are a 5 out of 10.  Definitely nothing special.  The chicken was a too tough and chewy.  Dairy Queen and Golden Chick have far better tenders than this place.  And you have no choice for dipping sauce.
  
  The tables were dirty and it was just a very sub-par experience overall.  I just kept wishing I'd gone to Dairy Queen.

  Wish I could give this place a 0. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and they didn't even start my order. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving. It's now been a week plus and the refund still hasn't arrived. Calling in is absolutely pointless as there is only 1 person that can do a refund and they are never there.
  
  Edit: So it's now been a few weeks. As annoying as it is, the manager still has never fixed the issue despite my calls and the banks(Yes, had to get the bank involved and they started calling for me too) calls. The bank has refunded me the money after I showed them the void receipt that apparently never created a void on the payment. This whole thing took way too much time and effort and in the end there was not a single useful employee or manager person at this trashy place. And all this hassle over something like 8$.

  Simple menu staff was friendly, raising canes def copied there business model.   The tenders are good.  I loved crinkled fries!  Extra Dipping sauce yes please
